Montana Sapphire Pendant in 14K Gold

Montana Sapphires are mined in the USA in the state of Montana. These gorgeous sapphires have the unique color tones of blue, blue green, and teal. The sapphire has, for centuries, been seen as a symbol of the heavens, a guardian of innocence, a bestower of truth, and a promoter of good health.

This beautifully clear blue Montana sapphire has been set into solid 14K gold. The blue color appears differently depending on the lighting and can look like a dark midnight blue to a brighter blue. This is a small and dainty pendant. The rose cut Montana sapphire is 4mm in size and the surrounding gold setting measures 6.5mm, or about 1/4 inch, and including the 14K gold bail, the pendant measures almost 1/2 inch. The pendant has a closed solid 14K gold backing. I have a photo of the pendant near a ruler and it would be a good idea to get a ruler from home to see the size in person. The blue gem color appears darker or brighter depending on the lighting and in the close up photography, the best lighting has been used to show the beautiful color tone of this gem. This pendant is available with or without a beautiful thin and sparkly, 14K solid gold, 18 inch diamond cut cable chain as seen in the photos.
