Clear Diamond Ring in 14K Gold

The Diamond, in its rarity and beauty, is a symbol of purity and innocence, of love and fidelity, and embraces strength of character, ethics, and faithfulness to oneself and others. Perfect in structure, Diamond is referred to as the “king of gems,” unique in its powers of light reflection and dispersion, and the hardest natural substance known. It is composed of pure carbon which is the foundational element of life.

This is a clear and translucent rose cut diamond ring. The salt and pepper organically round shaped diamond is very clear and sparkles at every angle with pretty rose cut facets that catch the light. It is surrounded in matte 14k yellow gold and would look stunning worn alone, or stacked with other gold rings.

The conflict free diamond in its 14K solid gold setting measures 5.25 mm x 5.15 mm and rests upon a semi open back that allows the light to shine through the gem. There are imperfections in the diamond with some localized surface pitting and an inclusion, but it is so exceptionally clear and impressive to me that I wanted to create a ring with it. The 14k gold full round lightly hammered band is 1.25 mm. The ring has been given a matte finish but is also available in a polished finish. This diamond is .30 carats.
