Moissanite is so similar in appearance to a diamond that it is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. It has the closest physical properties to a Diamond. Moissanite is more brilliant than diamonds and has almost twice as much fire. In addition to its stunning appearance, Moissanite is known for its durability. With a rating of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it is only slightly less hard than diamond (10), making it an excellent choice for jewelry.
